Great value and amazing service! The maintenance is very reasonable and performed very well and if there are any issues and repairs they go the extra mile. They have Ricky Jackson, the Godfather of Pools, on the team and he has forgotten more than most people know about pools. Ricky is incredible and really goes the extra mile. I called him on a Friday night and he talked me through a quick fix until he could get there with the replacement part. This is a company whose people care.
I would highly recommend this company. They were called during the holidays and still came to fix our problem within 3 days. Ricky arrived at 8:45 in the morning and by 10:45. He had fixed 2 problems that we were having. The pump needed and new motor and new drive, There was a faulty GFI switch that also needed to be replaced. Ricky was very courteous and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the whole experience.
We cannot say enough good things about Pool Care Specialist! When our pool equipment was damaged by a lightning strike, they were quick to respond, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. They walked me through repairs, answered every question clearly, and made sure everything was up and running properly again. On top of that, their regular pool cleaning service is always reliable, thorough, and professional. I highly recommend them!
We have been using Pool Care Specialists for over 5 years. Ashley and Samantha at the scheduling office are extremely efficient and communicate in a very timely manner via phone and email and have always been very accommodating. We had a great experience with both Ricky and Jonathan who are the repair technicians, both are very knowledgeable and honest.
We were referred to the Pool Specialists by one of our most reliable vendors and they did not disappoint. Ricky, our technician was able to pin point the problem in our client’s heater within the first 20 minutes. He is very knowledgable , professional, and was able to fix the problem on the spot. The ladies at the front desk are also great at following up, overall they are very well organized thank you.
