We’ve received nothing but excellent, professional service from this company. Our pool has been well cleaned, including times after storms, which brings additional debris through the trees. We’ve never been left with them walking out on the task or not doing it, which, by the way, they’re very cautious about which debris they should take away so as not to hurt the pool equipment, which is quite good, I think.
There has been no problem in regard to communication. Any chemicals that
have been added have been explained, and nothing has been done without making us aware. Safety has been important, especially when it has come to pets and babies. Payment has been been fair for the amount of work, and we haven’t been charged too much.
The payment system has also been clear and upfront. There’s nothing dodgy about it, with everything laid clear in advance, and what is expected is clear right from the start. This is a business that is all about
accountability and professionalism, not cut corners.
If I could give this company 10 stars I would. I highly recommend Pool Cleanliness Solutions for any pool needs you may have. My elderly mother’s pool had been neglected for several years and became a dark murky green mess. The pool also had a ton of leaves and branches in the bottom from several hurricanes that had passed through.
I called Luis and he was extremely polite, professional, and very knowledgeable of the scope of work that needed to be done to get the pool back to a beautiful blue pool.
During the entire process with me being out of town Luis kept me up to speed with pictures. As you will see in the pictures he started with a terribly neglected pool and brought it back to the beautiful blue water that we can now swim in. The pool really needs to be resurfaced but we did not want that done at this time. So the spots in the pictures are on the actual pool surface.
