   Our experience with Pool Concepts was exceptional. Ryan and his team worked closely with us on the design for over a year. When we finally decided to take the plunge, the team at Pool Concepts worked diligently to ensure that every step of the process was stress free. We had a limited space and some technical challenges to overcome but the great people at Pool Concepts over delivered in creating our backyard oasis. From design elements to color schemes to functionality, the great team at Pool Concepts got it right. They over communicated, outperformed timeline estimates and made our dreams to reality. Our pool is over engineered, functions flawlessly and is absolutely stunning. I wholeheartedly recommend Pool Concepts if you’re in the market for not just a pool but a backyard oasis.

   I highly recommend using Pool Concepts. Our dream pool was built by Pool Concepts in 2018 and we have enjoyed every minute of having a pool. The after service has been excellent and I am so happy we chose this company. There are many companies out there to build pools but quality is very important and will the company be there for you in the future are questions that you need to ask when choosing a builder. Pool Concepts has been a pleasure to work with.

   Overall, I was very disappointed in working with Pool Concepts. Their design work was impressive; however, communication and project execution were extremely poor and lacking. I would rate their quality as below average at best. Pool Concepts just went through too many project managers and stone crews for a successful job. They all blamed their predecessors for the poor quality and problems. I would not recommend or use again in the future.

   This edited review is in response to your call for me to contact your office so that you can address any remaining concerns and find a solution. I have attempted to contact your office and subsequently provided you with a letter dated February 24, 2025, that provides more detailed information and photos supporting my review. You may be confusing our pool project with another. We had multiple project managers, and I was never made aware that one fell ill. I am sorry to hear that.
   Regarding my comment concerning poor quality, many of the flagstones have come completely detached and require repair for safety. As noted, several of the stone crews used by Pool Concepts blamed the previous crews of not using the appropriate mortar or properly wetting the stones prior to laying them. Regardless of fault, we were left with a defective product that needs repair. Water is currently leaking through the spillway (negative edge) and running out “through” the flagstone wall. This concern was previously discussed with Pool Concepts and I was assured the water was just running along the joints. This has turned out incorrect and requires immediate repair. We also identified in our performance of warranty work letter dated September 25, 2023, that the cracks in the brown coat needed to be repaired and the exterior decking needed to be repainted due to the different shades of brown coat being used by Pool Concepts for repairs. While several of the cracks were repaired, the decking was never repainted as requested and required.
   My review was provided solely for the purpose that others in the swimming pool market could have the benefit of our experience in making an important decision that typically involves a significant sum of money. I’m sure Pool Concepts has other projects that were completed satisfactorily, and customers were pleased, unfortunately our project was not one of them.

   Pool Concepts really did a great job on our pool. The design was exactly what we wanted and came in at our budget. They really took the time with us to make sure it was customized to our liking. Jason and his team of professionals made sure my family will have a great pool for years to come.

   Very happy with our pool and I highly recommend Pool Concepts.

   We initially called out Keith Zars and Cody Pools, but I didn’t appreciate the salesmen not listening to what we wanted. They wanted to sell us pre-designed packages and they ignored where we wanted to place the pool. Pool Concepts was the only company to listen to what we wanted and provide us with a designer to design what we had envisioned – at no extra cost. They were also less expensive and I believe the end-product would’ve exceeded the much more expensive Keith Zars and Cody Pools.

   I first thought the time it took to complete the project took a while, but I heard many others (using different companies) had much longer completion times for similar size pools.

   The team was great. They educated us about their materials so we can make an informed decision. I was especially impressed with our project manager, Kristi. Anytime I pointed out some things that didn’t seem right she immediately made it her priority to fix it – this included breaking apart was done and redoing it on their own dime.
