Good businesses get the job done. Better businesses have good communication. Great ones have both of those, plus great people doing the job. That’s this. John is meticulous in his care for our pool. He’s great at communication, so we always know when he’s coming. And also? He’s a great guy. It matters to me who does work for me at my home, and John comes to do the job with enthusiasm and friendliness that is greatly appreciated. So other pool services? Maybe skip our house when you’re dropping off cards, because we don’t need ‘em.

I want to give a BIG SHOUT out to John Johnson and to Pool Heroes for the great job they did on my pool. I have a pebble teck pool at least 20-25 years old and was starting to get a lot of rock in my sweeper. John explained what need to have done and they came over Thursday and did the demo job, Saturday they came and resprayed the entire pool and Sunday they came over and did the acid wash and now is being refilled. It’s looks better now than when I first had it done. Thank you so much . All those involved were polite and friendly and new there stuff. Wish I could more than 5 stars. I am so glad to find John Johnson as he knows what needed to be done.
John Johnson has been managing my pool for several years. He comes regularly weekly and trouble shoots any problems. He can fix things as well as clean and manage chemicals, and he communicates well using technology. An excellent service!
