If I could give a 10 star rating, I would. From the initial call and conversation with the owner, I was pleasantly impressed. Best customer service by far! since I moved here 3 yrs ago. Alex arrived on time, a few minutes after calling that he was on his way. Pool had a leak. He located where the issue was very quickly, and fixed it. Alex was so knowledgeable and informative. He explained everything and even offered some information I might need. I will most definitely! Positively! Call on them if I ever need service for my pool. Thank you Manly Maids for taking care of my pool leak. In addition, again I’d like to thank Alex for an amazing job. Also Leslie’s Pool, here in Witicha falls, Texas, for recommending them. I couldn’t be happier.
Had Manly Maids come out to fix a leaking pool. Crew determined where the leak was occurring which was opposite side of pool from the foundation shifts. Fixed the leak as part of the service call with no extra charges. Then went into the plumbing of my pool (old style) that had a valve located inside the pipe that was out preventing us from using our hot tub. He let me know the valve was obsolete now but was able to find the part for me to repair the valve myself. We now have a working hot tub! Five star service all around will be my first call for sure. Thanks guys!
Alex did a great job and actually had to make two trips to complete the work needed. He found our leak and sealed it. His price is also much better than other companies around town. Thanks, Manly Maids!
I’m so grateful for Manly Maids help in locating and repair the leak in my family pool. I really appreciate the communication we had with them. They explained the process to locating the leak and then the repair as well. They provided an estimate and stuck to it . They told us of the time and dates they would be able to work on the pool,and they showed up and always did what they had said they do. They were very easy to work with and totally professional on time with no problems. I would highly recommend Manly Maids for a hassle free detection and repair. Thank you !!!
Have unfortunately needed their services twice in two years. But we are so grateful we found them. Awesome people to work with. Very reasonable cost. Very friendly and professional. Just all around great company. I RARELY have the opportunity to say that about any. Know y from whom we’ve needed repairs, etc. especially when it comes to the dang pool!
