We use PoolMart for our Airbnb in San Antonio. They do an AMAZING job on our pool and hot tub. Super Flexible and always professional. They email pictures every week and they list out the chemicals they used. We couldn’t be happier with them.
I ordered a Jandy variable speed 2.7 E pump they got it there the next day had no issues with the pump good service good people I will continue to do business with them

Natasha was nothing less than amazing, the part I needed was causing a massive leak.
It was on backorder…so she hunted around for it, and found it.
She took my calls, even after hours.
In this day and age where customer service is desperately lacking, it was such a welcome change to have someone this wonderful!
Then Edward came and installed.
He too was phenomenal, a real pro.

Have been awaiting completion of warranty service on my heater/chiller for over 3 months now. The excuses had been non-stop over the first 3 service attempts (poor preparation and absent minded tech) and now nothing but crickets. Calls are not answered and no ability to leave a call back message. A half star is the best I could give over this extremely poor service and NO follow up.
A+ service. I have been using Pool Mart for at least 20 years. Excellent service. Tom is extremely knowledgeable about everything about pool and spa. They just fixed a slew of issues that I have been dealing with at my Blanco house that the builder of the pool could not and would not fix. Thank you Tom!!!
