Ricky has been our pool service provider for at least 3 years in Quartz hill! He is always on time with great service and super responsive. We have dogs so that is always a plus to find a pool service that is good with that. If you are having trouble deciding be sure to give these guys a call!
Ricky is the best pool man I’ve ever had! He’s super nice, has excellent customer service, and his pricing unmatched. Def recommend!
I want to rate this is the worst pool company ever. My home warranty company send them out to my house to check out my pool pump and they diagnosed it as it needs to be replaced. My home warranty company gave them the authorization to replace the pool pup. They’ve made 2 appointments to come out to my home. They did not Show up, exit a no show on both. And they did not call to say they’re not showing. I’m sorry we have to reschedule. I had to keep calling my home warranty company for them to tell me of the new appointment and they had not accept it. Came out to my home and did anything they have not. They bought the part. And they won’t answer they fall.There are more service.I would not recommend hiring him to do anything for your book.Nothing they’re not a reliable company
I use this service and it was extremely professional and affordable they cleaned my pool and they were great with their customer service and very personable and very professional. Brandon Lamberty. I definitely give this pool service five stars and would recommend it to my friends and family.
My folks live in Lancaster and Ricks team was great, They came out and started getting their algae fixed in less than an hour! Excellent customer service
