This company was great in the beginning when they were trying to win your business. Quickly went downhill and my pool looked like the pictures below for the next two months. I was embarrassed to even have people over. Then they broke a valve on my pump and tried to charge me $900 to replace it. I had just replaced the valve last summer. They finally replaced it with what I had after a long debate. Then they broke my pool skimmer and replaced it with a cheap knock off that wasn’t even close to what I had. I canceled service with them and they told me I owed them another month. I did not pay and they sent me to collections for $175. It cost me more than that to get my pool back to swimmable condition so that I can enjoy it. Run fast from this company they only care about your money and the service is terrible. Good luck getting someone on the phone.
Recently used Poolie in DFW for a repair to rebuild a pump that was leaking and correct some suction issues with one of our skimmers. Overall the experience and service were excellent. Our technician Aaron was very knowledgeable and did a great job of correcting the issue in a timely manner. He also checked all of our other very old equipment to make sure everything was working properly. Their responsiveness and communications via text & phone for scheduling and to give us a heads up when they are on their way were also a nice touch. Can’t recommend Poolie more highly!
