   Family Fridge

   They get 4 out of 5 stars for initial quality, but getting them to answer phone calls or emails past the initial deposit is impossible. Front desk is rude and provides no value. 6 months after the project was completed, they won’t answer any calls or emails. After LESS THAN 6 MONTHS major pool construction elements are cracking, but they’re obviously not concerned with poor workmanship and no customer service after multiple calls and emails with photos. Not that we can get any response from them, but if they do they’ll probably be more than happy to tell us why the poor workmanship isn’t their problem due to some unclear words in the contract. Forgetting the fact that the initial pool had major leakage issues that they initially refused to acknowledge, cracks, and we had a terrible time getting them to fix the initial issues, now 6 months later there are now major problems with the pavers and knee walls. Don’t be fooled by a smile going into your project or even a reasonable price where theirs wasn’t even the least expensive. On top of other major problems, they laid pool piping underneath a knee wall footer that a separate repair company that we paid out of pocket found. No wonder they don’t return our calls and emails. Don’t call, it’s not worth it.

   In all my years of dealing with contractors of any kind, Pools By John Garner has been one of the best I have had the experience of working with. Being from up north I did not desire a pool and therefore had no experience in this area. I had quite a lot of anxiety when we decided to build a pool here in Fernandina Beach. Pools by John Garner made this experience as painless and pleasurable as possible. I have the highest recommendation for Pools By John Garner possible if you are in the market for pool construction.

   Poor customer service. We decided to go with a different company to service our pool after we noticed the pool wasn’t getting cleaned every week. We were still getting charged for weekly cleanings and then being lied to claiming that they had come. On their final cleaning they decided not to show up yet again.

   An amazing and responsible pool company! Had an absolute joy having this company build my pool. Knows what they’re doing and always meets their customers requests! Couldn’t have lucked out better with them.

   MOST IRRESPONSIBLE company EVER. I made an appointment for somebody to go and checl out my pool. The technician never showed up. When I called the office, the lady told me she was going to reach out to the technician and see what happened and then call me back. She never called me back. Then I tried calling them back and nobody answered. Worst service!
