Alen and Clint were amazing in upgrading our pentair VSP and pentair intellicenter. They went above and beyond what I was expecting for service. Job competed on time and exactly as described. They also provided a ton of valuable information on maintaining the system and resources for saving money on maintaining the salt cell.
I’m not used to writing detailed reviews, but the exceptional service compelled me to share my experience. The entire team is highly professional. The process began with a quick and efficient initial inspection. Amy, the coordinator, was extremely helpful, working back and forth with me multiple times to finalize the quote and schedule the service. She also assisted by explaining everything to our warranty provider, ensuring our claim was successful. She was consistently calm and supportive. The technician completed the work in about an hour, replacing the filter and rings and hauling away the debris. I would definitely recommend them.
After using several pool companies over the 50 years for our family pool, Pools Inc has been exceptional.They are responsive & thorough. The cost of the repairs are fair and they always do a good quality job. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them.
Our pool guy Ray is very responsive and personable. He helped fine tuning the new heater and the new pump for our community spa. There were some minor programming issues with the installation of new equipment and Ray was very helpful to respond even after business hours and weekends. That is excellent customer service.
Alan and Jose were awesome as usual! Polite, friendly and focused on the job. They went right to work dismantling my old pool heater and installing a new 40k btu Raypak heater. I thought it would take 2-3 hours but they finished in just one hour and the new heater works great! They even fixed a small leak in my sweeper pump. They cleaned up well, explained what they did, set the temperature for me, and were on their way! These guys and the company behind them are great! I will always call them when in need!
