Very happy with their pool service. Very attentive and do an awesome job keeping my pool crystal clear!!! Always available for any questions I have and respond immediately. Service tech Andrew has been taking care of my pool for the last few months and is out standing!!!! Thanks Poseidon pools!!!!

Cole and Jacob are tremendously knowledgeable on everything related to our pool. Both of them are kind/patient with all of our questions/concerns. We’re new to having a pool and have lots to learn. They never try to upsell us to replace items, even with our aging equipment. 😊😊
Jacob does a fantastic job servicing the pool every week. It’s always looking great. Jacob is very kind and easy to approach with any questions. He answers them all in a clear way that is easy to understand.

Cole has been amazing with all our pool/spa needs. We met Cole when he came out to assess our pool pump, then ultimately went with the Poseidon Pool Service team to help do weekly chemical balances. They communicate clearly and frequently, are very knowledgeable, and friendly. I couldn’t recommend Cole more highly!!
Jesse is great! Since he has been servicing our pool, it stays clear and ready to use. We appreciate emails from Jesse once he has completed his service so we know exactly what he did. We have several dogs and a granddaughter that always want to be in the pool, so it is important for us to know that the pool is safe to use. He takes the time to tell us how long to wait before swimming to keep us safe. He also gives tips and answers questions whenever needed. Friendly, knowledgeable and shows up when scheduled.
