Premium Poolsmith absolutely saved the day for us. Before we could close on the house, the pool needed to be completely drained and detailed — and they pulled off a miracle cleaning. It honestly looked beyond hope, and they somehow got it sparkling and presentable in time.
The previous owners hired them for that job, and after seeing the results, we immediately decided to stick with them. Now we’re on weekly service and our guy Cole is fantastic: reliable, professional, and genuinely detail-oriented. He keeps everything looking great, communicates clearly, and you can tell he takes pride in doing things the right way.
If you want a pool company you can trust (especially when timing and quality really matter), Premium Poolsmith is it. Highly recommend!
We have tried several different pool companies and Premium is by far superior. They have competitive pricing. The owners answer immediately the few times I’ve called. If they get behind due to Mother Nature they check in via text and let us know what day they will be out (if not our normal day). We’ve had them switch us because of swim parties and every time they have accommodated us. They fixed our filter on the first try. They fixed the sealant on our coping which was cracking due to a previous company not doing it correctly. Recommended a more cost efficient fix when lightening blew up our pool equipment. I highly suggest you give them a try. Good, honest people! We are very happy!
We will never have to look further for pool service so glad we switched!! From the very first visit Will – the owner came out to introduce himself and what to expect from his service. He left no question in my mind that his company is built on a foundation of experience and expertise, reliable and consistent service, and outstanding customer communication. That’s huge for me!

When I first had them come out the prior pool company had chemicals so out of balance it was toxic and equipment was shot. Premium Poolsmith redid it all, and were extremely communicative, fair, and great. They have done upkeep since and are always very responsive anytime I reach out to them for anything. They are great. Appreciate all they do so very much! They do extra service during tree dropping issues in spring and fall and are amazing!
This company is great! They do a superb job keeping my pool clean. Bryan is efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He comes at the same time every week and sends a pic of the pool when done cleaning and checking the levels. They send an email in advance when the schedule will change for the holidays. The price is reasonable. I definitely recommend this company.
