This company is amazing! My entire pump seized up right before Labor Day weekend and I had no pool tech. I’ve been unable to find a reliable, honest, and affordable tech since moving to San Antonio and was mentally preparing to replace the motor ourselves.
I stumbled upon Pro-Tech on a Facebook post, sent them a message, to which they replied promptly. They helped me trouble shoot and offered several affordable options after explaining what had happened and what was needed. Because of how quickly our pool was greening, the owner stated his techs were booked but would himself prioritize our issue. He kindly made the drive from out of town to come and replace our motor and repair another component and in very quick time. He also gave us lots of advice for maintenance and best care options.
While other techs are charging $120 for a consult only and several hundred for pool care, Pro-Tech is both fair and affordable paired with skill and kindness. This is your go-to company for all of your pool needs. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you, Paul!

Paul with Pro-Tech Pool Services is AMAZING!!! Very responsive, knowledgeable and personable. Came out Saturday to take a look at our above ground pool that we have had 3 other pool companies come out to look at and he knew right away what the problem was.
