Chad and Joe at Purple Heart Pools were a pleasure to work with. We got several quotes, and ended up going with Purple Heart for our pool build, based on many factors. Chad was patient with us as we designed our pool with our (the wife’s 😂🫢) requirements in the office. We got the project done in less than 3 months! Which is borderline light speed. My neighbors project dragged well over a year due to shady contractor issues. No issues here! Just the best quality and fair prices. Joe kept us looped in from start to finish, planning to setting up Jandy automation, everything went to plan. By the way Purple Heart Pools is the top of the list for Jandy certified installers in northeast florida! We just got our final inspection done – yahoo!
We had Purple Heart come out to help with some maintenance issues and they were fantastic. The booking was easy, the customer service was top notch, and our pool tech Antonio was so nice. Highly recommend, and will certainly be using them in the future.

I recently had my pool resurfaced by Purple Heart Pools and I must say they exceeded my expectations. Joe was my main point of contact, he kept me informed and was readily available whenever I called him. They did what they told me they would do and when they said they would do it!

I used Purple Heart Pools because my pool pump equipment developed a leak and it was getting pretty bad. I cannot be more satisfied. They responded to my request very quickly and Alex was great! He accessed what needed to be done; gave me a couple of options and the next day he had everything installed and running by the time I got home from my eye appointment! From start to finish Alex is A+ ! The communication, knowledge and professionalism can’t be beat. I will definitely be using Purple Heart Pools for any future pool services.
