I have used Purselley Pools for over 20 years for many services including tile repair, mastic replacement, coping stone repair, LED lighting installation, pool cleaner installation and repair, filter cleaning and element replacement, pump repair/replacement, pool maintenance and more. They have always done a great job. Their people are capable, professional, provide timely service and great to work with. Customer service at their office is also excellent. I do not need any other pool company. I’m sticking with Purselley.

Since Jan 2023, we have been using Purselley Pools for weekly pool maintenance, service, and needed repairs.
In the office, Emilie has always been friendly, courteous, professional, and 100% responsive to all our pool needs.
The field manager/supervisor Roger is friendly, courteous, professional, and keeps us well-informed – in detail – of the repairs, maintenance, and parts needed for any problems that arise. He is prompt to respond and to efficiently correct the problems, and we appreciate him very much!
Our weekly service tech Frankie is also friendly, courteous, and professional.
We have used other pool companies over the years, but Purselley Pools has been the most dependable and reliable pool company for us, and that is why I am happy to give them a FIVE-STAR review!
We have been customers of Purselly for 10 years for our weekly pool service. We recently needed major repairs and updates to our heating, lighting and wifi system. We got a detailed bid from them. Once we decided to move ahead with the work, Roger and his team (Michael and Rupert) came to our house the same day to start the work. The work was done quickly and Roger spent a lot of time with me showing how the new system worked. He is very communicative and responsive. As a side note, our weekly service guy, Alfredo, is very reliable and friendly. I realized as we completed this extra work that Purselly seems to have very low turn over on their team. We have worked with the same guys much of the time we have been with them. I highly recommend Purselly Pools.
Purselley Pools has been doing the weekly maintenance and needed repairs on my pool for a few years. They are always very professional and efficient. They have given me estimates before they do any additional work. Their prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend them for any professional service.
Been working with Purselley for a few years now. Always responsive and helpful with every component of my pool/spa. Roger always communicates well. Their tech who cleans and adds chemicals is also extremely friendly and reliable. Even brings treats for my dog every week, which she appreciates.
