   This is our first summer as pool owners and we could NOT have managed it without Quality Pool care! I was emailing almost daily about chemicals, or other questions I had, and Will and Corey got back to me immediately and were always SO patient with every question I had. I do have to say Will was the one who I mostly reached through email and he went ABOVE and beyond for me, so I def. want to recognize him.

   We hired them to do our monthly pool check in, and all of the guys who come out are so knowledgeable, professional, and take the time to answer all my questions, and every time it is a different set of guys who are all very knowledgeable.

   The woman who answers the phone is so upbeat and helpful, and Bev from billing is also great. Everyone we have encountered there has been amazing to work with.

   We had a problem with our pool builders not providing the correct salt cell, and QPC reached out to them even though they didn’t have to, to help me get them to correct the problem.

   I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who has a pool! I can not say enough about every single person we encounter there. They truly care about their customers and their customer service is top notch!

   First time as a pool owner and I was super nervous about closing the pool myself so I had QPC do it. Their tech were outstanding. Even though i pummeled them with so many questions they didn’t stop giving me answers. What a positive experience. I’ll definitely be using this company more in the future.

   I have been a customer of QPC since 2004. The office staff is top notch and very responsive! Special shout outs to Cory, Leeann, Sherri and Joyce! I had a couple issues with my system this year and Cory went above and beyond to offer suggestions. And the times I needed a Tech, Cory quickly got me on the schedule. All the Techs, especially Brandon and Adam are extremely knowledgeable and friendly ( and put up with my crazy dog jumping on them). The owner, Keith actually came out and diagnosed a problem! A 5 stars 2 thumbs up company for sure!

   QPC has been servicing our in-ground pool since it was installed in 2016 and i really can’t praise them enough. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and polite. Emergency services are prompt and always fair. They don’t charge for things you don’t need. Their online customer portal makes scheduling my pool opening, closing and bill payment a breeze. They’re truly “top notch”!

   I really don’t know what this company does because every time they service my pool something else is broken the very same day. I have them come to check the equipment and make sure everything is working properly. When my automatic pool cleaner stopped working, the day they were here mind you, they came back to fix it which I was charged for and then I only received an email explaining the problem which they in turn blamed the malfunction on me and how I had the settings configured. I have only used Quality Pool Care since I’ve had the pool, they did the initial set up and then have been the only company to maintain the pool so there’s no way I set the schedules up incorrectly. Now my pool is not working at all and they will not call me back or even answer the phone.
