I called R pools from a mailer. My pool had been abandoned for almost a year. Ismael did a drain, clean, and start up. He worked very hard, was knowledgeable, and communicated very efficiently. I am so excited to have our pool in working order. Thank you so much R Pools!
Great technicians and great service! I had winterized the pool pump getting ready for our freeze we just had, so I had drained the pump. Eduardo just happened to come to my house to clean the pool on the day I was uncovering the pump to try and set everything back to running condition. Eduardo not only helped me to uncover everything, but he put the drain plugs back in, filled the pump with water and got it all back to running condition, even though it was above and beyond what he was there for!!! He was a big help for sure!!! They do what needs to be done!!! Thank you!!!
Always on time, chemicals are always balanced and genuinely nice people. Have used other pool services in the past and they are the best!
I have been extremely happy with R Pools for service, from cleaning to repairs. I have used them off and on over the past few years and most recently for a bigger job, and always completely happy with how quickly they respond and how wonderful their customer service is. Ashlynn has been absolutely wonderful in answering ALL of my questions and getting back to me if needed. Kane has been amazing in getting all the repairs fixed up for me quickly and efficiently and is also great at answering any of my questions. I would highly recommend R Pools to anyone looking for a pool company, as their customer service is top notch and pricing is very reasonable and they have a wide range of service available.
Every conversation I had with these guys has been pleasant. Ashlynn at the office has always been extremely nice and professional. She is knowlegeable and helpful. The technician sent to my house, Kain, went above and beyond the reason he came to check the equipment.
I strongly recommend R Pools, and trust me, I have had dealt with a number of companies.
