He is organized, detailed, and when any equipment needs attention he talks to the office staff and a work order is created. Joe, the company supervisor is very knowledgeable with pool chemistry, equipment and repairs. I am truly satisfied with the services and the fair pricing. Most of all I like the fact that they offer recommendations and solutions. I am a happy client.
