   Great job by Miguel Sanchez in managing a seamless process. He kept me informed at every step as did the office staff. The pebble finish is beautiful and the pool is gloriously shimmering in the sunlight. Thanks Miguel.

   This review is long overdue! We started or planning process in July of 2024 with Mike who was very helpful bringing our vision to life. We iterated a bit on the design before settling on the final and Mike was helpful and informative the whole time. He was also upfront about the timeline and the things that were in his control and the things that were not, like permits. Once everything was approved the dirt work started. We were introduced to Jeff and Auria. Both were excellent to work with. Jeff had a very busy schedule but was always quick to reply and addressed any issues with a thorough explanation. Auria was an absolute pleasure to work with. She communicated everything clearly and checked in every step of the way. The construction was started in January 2025 and finished in May, including the decking that was done by Bayview Landscaping. Overall we couldn’t be happier with the finished pool. Lastly it’s worth noting, after the pool was completed we had some minor blemishes in the pebble finish. I contacted Mike with the concern, he let Auria know and the repair was scheduled within the week. Thank you to everyone at Royal Pools for an excellent experience.

   This is the second time we’ve had Royal build our pool. I highly recommend them. They do quality work and they get it done quickly. We have worked with Jeromy the PM for both of our pool projects and he is the best. He always comes by to make sure everything is running smoothly and answer any questions that I have. Additionally, Auria our coordinator was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. John and Kim are great too! Thank you to the Royal team in Pleasanton!

   I researched a lot of companies before i made my decision to partner with Royal Pools to build my paradise. I am hard to please, and Royal Pools met every expectation i had. I am so glad i partnered with Royal Pools. They were great from start to finish. They listened to all my concerns and delivered an exceptional swimming pool and spa. I believe I have the best pool in the Bay Area. I highly recommend Royal Pools to anyone and everyone who is looking to have a pool or spa built.

   It’s been almost 12 months since we signed the contract ( during COVID 19 time ) and was well assured by sale executive to get the work done in 4-5 months max . First it took almost 6 months to get the approval from the city with the plan ( partial delay from city ) but also because of inaccurate / completeness of documentation . We as owner had to constantly follow up with almost no communication from pool company during this time .

   After the permit it’s been 6 months with phases and we keep getting moving targets .. all we get to know in the recent communications is ” pool company facing unforseen work load and delay “. Feels like a trap !

   Waiting waiting ..figure crossed with rising financial implications.

   Sharing my experience so as prospective buyers would be aware to make an effective deal..
