the San Antonio Pool Management team has taken our pool from murky, green, and dirty to like-new crystal clear and clean. Our residents have raved nonstop about the difference the team was able to make in a relatively short time. They identified several areas of maintenance that were lacking, as well as some broken/malfunctioned equipment that was causing our issues – and got them repaired/replaced quickly, even though it was already summer season and our pool was constantly packed! All of this and they still came in at a more reasonable rate and customizable schedule than the vendor we had before. They have gone above and beyond in response times and care for our pool, and we would recommend them to anyone with a commercial pool.
Our neighborhood pool has been filthy for weeks. They come out to “clean” it but it still looks great and disgusting. We can’t even enjoy the pool due to how Green and cloudy the water is. Some people are still going to sit out in the sun at least, but the pool is currently green.
The HOA has used the company for a few years and they have done a great job of keeping the pool in great shape and quickly advising the board of any repairs or issues. Highly recommended.
I’m extremely disappointed with the pool maintenance in our community. The water is often murky and doesn’t seem to be properly cleaned or treated. There have been numerous occasions where debris and leaves are floating in the pool, making it unpleasant and unhygienic to swim.
The pool area itself is not well-kept either. It is green and is not well maintained.
I have raised these concerns multiple times with management, but there has been little to no improvement. For the amount we pay in association fees, this level of maintenance is unacceptable. I hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues, as it is negatively impacting the enjoyment and usability of what should be a key community amenity. This is at Texas Research Parkway.
My son took their comprehensive lifeguard course that included CPR, AED, First Aid. It qualifies for the deep water lifeguard requirements for water parks with wave pools and river / open water.
