   Chad from San Diego Pools is fantastic. I needed to have something on my filter checked on short notice, before a trip, and Chad came by within a day and made sure our equipment was up and running smoothly. I’d highly recommend San Diego Pools for your pool building needs and especially Chad for anything pool-related

   Premier pools and spas truly helped us bring our dreams to reality. We met with Matt and explained how we wanted simple clean lines to bring our yard to life and he delivered. His design expertise and experienced allowed us to truly see the vision. Lindsey, our design partner was great at helping us chose the right material for our yard and taste! Every step was always explained in detail on what to expect and our project manager Eddie was there to support in every way possible, both always accessible. Truly happy with our experience!

   My pool is complete: From the time I started this project, and it was just about a year ago, I was dreaming of having a pool. My fishpond for over 34 years of pure enjoyment was time to say goodbye. My Koi’s were special to me since I never bought one Koi. I got them as feeder fish for the pet shop. They grew and multiplied in the pond as the years went by. But unfortunately, the pond got a leak, and trying to locate it was imposable. I got “Koi Rescue” to come out and get all my fish, about 14 of them. Now it was time to start building a pool! There were two companies that I was considering for the pool project. After weeks of deciding, I chose San Diego Pools. When reading the reviews, I got good vibes, plus they have more 5 stars than the other pool maker, who we really don’t need to mention. San Diego Pools got the gears in motion with the permits and get ready to have lots of patience. Takes about 5 to 6 months to process the permits. Does give you time to get stuff ready before they start digging the pool.
   The day arrived Nov 1st and equipment started to fill my backyard, then it began, the first load of dirt was taken out, then the second and before I knew it, I had a very large hole in the backyard. Just to go off in another direction was my front yard, on how nice it looked before they dug. After that, my lawn was destroyed. Expect damage to be done and clean up after all the work is done on the pool. In one month, I was quite impressed with the work. Hole was dug, pluming, rebar was placed in. Just after Thanksgiving, the Shot Creak was done, and there, I could see a pool being built. During the months of December and January, Copping and the title that goes inside the edge along the pool was installed, and a couple of other things were done too. Work was done to my waterfall from the fish pond, which got incorporated into the pool! Cleaning up some mounds of dirt, tranches were filled up. What they destroyed in construction was never put back, so get ready for more out of pocket expense. San Diego Pools were great. Everyone I worked with was very corruptive in getting it done right or the way I wanted my pool. Then, in February, the plaster was put in, and shortly after that, water was filling the pool.
   It still took another month before we could go into the pool. I had it set up for Saltwater, so it took a little longer to establish the right water concertation. The pool is great and is very enjoyable as of today! Thank you to all the workers who worked hard in getting this project completed. Thank you, San Diego Pools, for creating a very cool pool!

   San Diego Pools was amazing to work with. Obviously, deciding to build a pool is a big decision and naturally complicated. Josh and Cory guided us with the design and build process, gave us realistic timelines and price ranges, and gave us the backyard retreat of our dreams. The team has been so supportive since the build, educating us on how to keep our pool looking and running great for years to come. Would 100% do it all over again with these guys!

   Our pool project started on April 19th, and by August 19th, we were swimming! What a journey — and what an incredible team!

   First, I want to give a huge shoutout to Eugenio and Jesus, the tile artists. Their craftsmanship is beyond words — true artists who turned our pool into a piece of art. Every detail is perfect, and their pride in their work truly shows.

   Enrique, our project manager, was the heart of the operation. He’s easygoing, professional, and makes everything run smoothly with the crew. He knows pools inside and out and made great design suggestions along the way. He’s incredibly busy, but when he’s on-site, you can feel the difference — he just brings a special magic touch.

   Chad came in toward the end of our project, and he was the perfect final touch. I had so many questions about the pool system, and he always had the patience to explain everything clearly. He’s responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction.

   Katie, who manages scheduling, billing and communication, is amazing. She’s responsive, organized, and a true problem solver. Our communication was mostly through email, her positive energy and professionalism always came through. She’s the one who keeps everything and everyone in check behind the scenes. If you need something special or out of the ordinary, she’s your person. She’s responsive, resourceful, and an excellent problem-solver.

   From Josh to Enrique, Chad, Eugenio, and Jesus, every team member made us feel we were in great hands. San Diego Pools has nailed the perfect mix of strong teamwork professionalism, positive energy, and expertise.

   I’m truly glad we chose San Diego Pools. The attention to detail from Eugenio and Jesus and the leadership and knowledge from Chad and Enrique made this project one of the best decisions we’ve made for our home.

   A big, big shoutout again to the tile artists — Eugenio and Jesus — you are amazing!
