   I had an incredible experience with Sand Dollar Pools. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. Their staff at the store was not only knowledgeable but also friendly, helping me find the perfect pool supplies and accessories. They helped me turn my pool from nasty green back to blue with their chemical recommendations and the service team, who worked diligently to get my pool back into shape. Sand Dollar Pools exceeded my expectations. The team was professional and efficient. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work and the exceptional service provided by their entire team. Sand Dollar Pools truly deserves a 5 star rating.

   Elliott and David did a great job on our pool. Everything was done within a reasonable timeline and they were both available and helpful if we had questions. I would recommend a conversation with them if you are looking for a pool.

   Last cleaning service was 8/24/22.

   The pool is still filled with dirt after my husband asked them to pay particular attention to cleaning the pool.

   Not the first complaint either. My husband observed one of the workers empty the pool basket onto our grass rather than in a trash bin. The Sun Dollar employee didn’t know my husband was home and that we can see from our living room into the backyard, but you can’t see the living room from the yard.

   Our pool vacuum has been having issues and when Sun Dollar was spoken to about fixing it, they expressed they would but never actually did.

   Wet disappointed with how expensive their service is without upholding quality of those services.

   We will be looking for a new business to work with.

   In a period of time where it’s difficult to find good (sometimes even fair) customer service, Sand Dollar provides exceptional service!!! Elliott fixed my pool robot (which was not robot-ing) and exceeded all expectations. Larry found the issue in less than 5 minutes, they never tried to upsell me and when I got my machine back, it looked like a brand new machine. Love this small family-owned business! I’d never heard of them, found them on google when I needed the robot repair, and they are my new pool store. It’s a little bit of a drive, but well worth it to bring my business to a great local family-owned small business that provides unbelievable service. If you have a pool and haven’t been to Sand Dollar, please try them out – you won’t find better people or better service! Thank you so much Elliott and Larry!

   The amazing product to lower our cyanuric acid (cya) suggested by Sand Dollar pools worked! We are so happy! My husband has a weakened immune system and as the cya raises from the desired range, he starts to get sores on his legs and arms. The doctor told him it was the pool chemicals and we thought he would not be able to use our wonderful pool anymore. In 2020, Sand Dollar drained our pool, resurfaced it and replaced all our tiles. It was and is a beautiful pool and draining and refilled fixed the high cya level. Now, in 2025 the cya is high again (make sure you don’t use chlorine tabs if your cya is high). We thought we needed to partially drain or completely drain the pool water again as his skin started to show the stress again. David (SDP owner) suggested a new product that he used and was successful for his pool. It went in our skimmer basket and we ran the pump 24/7. Our cya was 139 (very high) and I didn’t think it would work. They brought the product over, explained to follow all directions and a week later, we are at a cya level of 50. PERFECT level! We are so grateful to Sand Dollar Pools and saving money on water, saving time in draining, and using less chemicals with a proper cya level!! Thank you!
