I’ve been experiencing the same, unethical disgusting conduct that other victims of Chris have felt. Go look at Yelp at all of their horrible reviews. Pride pool service (sea horse pool co) will eventually lull you to sleep when you pay monthly and they’ll stop servicing your pool. I even went back to my cameras after I noticed my pool not being well maintained (or working properly ever really) and I wasn’t shocked to see them not showing up on their regularly scheduled days. Now he started creating fake parts and labor charges when I tell him the pool doesn’t work, only so it can remain broken. And now he’s threatening to take me to small claims court? This guy has got to be joking.
To those who are thinking of signing on with these guys – don’t. Your experience will literally be getting charged for no service. Getting charged for no parts and no labor. And then they will threaten to take you to small claims court when you fire them. I wish I was making this up, this guy Chris needs to get put in his place. I would gladly accept the opportunity to counter sue him in small claims court.
