We’ve been working with Simpson since we bought a house that came with a spa. They’re friendly, competent, and honest (as we noticed in various discussions about possible ways to do things). Warmly recommended.
Highly recommend! Great service!! Simpson pool and spa has always been consistently awesome with monthly service… but Ryan went above and beyond when he guided us through all of our options for swapping out old equipment- helping us find the best balance for efficiency and our budget. I am writing you to let you know if you have pool issues or are tired of brushing that algae , let Ryan and his team take care of you. Great service and you are supporting a small business. Yes, Leslie’s has less expensive chlorine, but you can’t beat Simpson Pool Service
This pool service was easily reached and highly knowledgeable. Would even diagnose over the phone to at least get to the root cause of pool issues. Hands down five star rating.
When it became clearly apparent that we needed a new pump and filter, I knew without a doubt that I’d talk with Ryan at Simpson Pool & Spa. Not only were we interested in protecting a large asset, we needed to be smart in how we did it. Ryan offered us a variety of options from a standard pump to more energy saving options. I do not know anyone who is more capable of evaluating energy savings, economy and time to recoup expenditure. I trust Ryan to take care of our pool and its equipment without hesitation!
