   Niki has been an absolute BLESSING. No wonder she’s the FACE of the company. Support has always answered my questions ans fixed my problems immediately. Skimmer app and website have made communication between techs-customers so easy and same for myself and my techs!

   I have used Skimmer since 2019. In the last year our bill has doubled with no explanation. We reached out in December to ask questions about some reports and the billing and a month later we still have no answers. After multiple emails, we are still being told it is getting escalated. Still no resolution. This is an app for businesses. It shouldn’t take over a month to get things resolved or get answers.

   Every representative that I have worked with and asked questions, they have guided me through thoroughly and explained with patience. The Skimmer app for pool service is fantastic. As a new user the ease of the program and the tracking that it does makes work so much easier to manage. I highly recommend the program and their very knowledgeable staff. They are available to answer any questions, they’re there to help.

   Full transparency – two years ago we almost left Skimmer. I couldn’t be more thankful we didn’t. Over the last two years, Skimmer has demonstrated their commitment to improvement. Now I believe they offer great value. Very responsive company, and they are always helpful. Highly recommend.

   So far really enjoyed my first day out with the app. It has great tutorial videos practically for every single step you’ll make. Customers are texted automatically if you select them to be active on that service. Very professional looking invoicing and scheduling is detailed. Overall very pleased! Use it on iPad in the field it’s great! 👍
