   Jeff and Shawn are phenomenal to work with! We would highly recommend anyone looking for a quality build and excellent follow up to work with them. At each phase of the project communication was virtually immediate and always very thorough. Jeff previously owned a pool maintenance company and incorporates that experience into the pool build based on years of seeing what tends to fail or cause issues. They were so helpful in seeing our vision of what we wanted and helping design our perfect pool. They provided a timeline for the build that they absolutely adhered to (they do not overpromise and underdeliver). Also, a huge part of any build like this is knowing you’ll receive excellent customer service AFTER you’ve paid the final invoice. As with any project, issues will come up and they have continued to show up to make final tweaks or fixes quickly. Oh, and we received multiple compliments from neighbors that they are the cleanest pool builders they’ve ever seen. Jeff would personally come out and clean up the job site (road, yard, everything) multiple times a week during the build. We are so happy with our new backyard and would love to work with them again!

   I had a great experience with Southern Luxury Pool & Spa and highly recommend them if you’re looking for a true luxury pool builder. One of the owners, Jeff Mease, communicates clearly throughout the entire process and always keeps you informed. What I appreciated most is that they never try to oversell you — they focus on what actually fits your vision and budget. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really show in the finished product, and the quality stands out. If you want a professional team that delivers beautiful, high-end pools without the pressure, they’re a solid choice.

   I’ve known Jeff for over 10 years and have been in the pool industry long enough to know how rare it is to find a company that consistently operates at a high level. Although we are competitors, if there were one company in the industry I would confidently recommend over my own, it would be Southern Luxury Pools.

   Jeff and his team are professional, knowledgeable, and extremely detail-oriented. They communicate clearly, run clean and organized job sites, and stand behind their work. Their craftsmanship, integrity, and commitment to doing things the right way truly set them apart. Anyone considering a pool project would be in great hands with Southern Luxury Pools.

   Absolutely perfect! We could not be happier with the work that Southern Luxury Pools did to create a gorgeous resort in our backyard! From the first meeting to the last day (which was really about five months total), Jeff, Sean, and their team were top notch.
