Bob Rice was hands down the best salesman we could have asked for. He promptly showed up at his scheduled time. I told him what I was wanting and he drew it up for us. Any question we had, he answered… no matter what time. Bob was really patient and understanding with all the changes I made throughout the whole process. He made it seamless and easy. Not a stressful process at all. He is very knowledgeable with the products and we are beyond happy with our dream pool. Thank you Bob!!!! You’re the best!!! Jayme Chamberlain was over the instillation process and he was also amazing, answering any and all questions we had (and there were many)! The two of them make the best team for this company by a long shot! Thank you for making our dream come true!
Mike and his team from Southern Poolscapes did a fantastic job on our new swimming pool. The Sam’s team was extremely responsive and did a great job sitting down and talking us through our planning. Jeremy and the installation team were always prompt and communicative with all aspects of the project. They were all very responsive and professional.
I’ve been working with Paul Marchant on a pool design. He’s created many designs and I’m in process of deciding on. He has not pushed me or put any pressure on me. He’s been awesome to work with…would totally recommend him. Very straight forward and knowledgeable.

Bob Rice came out and listened to all of our ideas, and problems with the property, giving us some great ideas and taking the time to ensure we understood all of the ins and outs of building a pool. His knowledge and insight proved his company knows what they are doing. Highly recommend anyone asks for Bob to come out and see them when interested in getting a pool. 10 out of 10!!
Gibby was great to work with from start to finish. He really listened to what we wanted and turned it into a design that made sense for our backyard and our lifestyle. He was honest, easy to talk to, and never made us feel rushed or pressured.
