We have used Stanley Pools since moving into this home a few years ago. They have always been responsive and knowledgeable. This week though, we had major connectivity issues, a lighting problem, and need some new equipment installed. So we left a message after hours over the weekend. Alex returned our call early Monday morning. I explained (in extreme layman’s terms) what was going on and he told me he knew what I meant and would be over that afternoon. He showed up exactly when he said he would, he pinpointed the issue, fixed everything with calmness and professionalism. There was a part we needed that he didn’t have with him, so he said he would come by the next day. Right on schedule, he texted me first thing that morning and showed up exactly when he said he would. He made our backyard oasis enjoyable again. Everything works perfectly!! If you need work done on your pool, call Stanley Pools and ASK FOR ALEX!!! Grateful!!!
Couldn’t be happier with our pool! The whole Stanley team is beyond fantastic. Liz, Greg, Kim, Gary, etc are all amazing and so great to work with and they made us feel like family. They made our vision come true and we are loving it!
We just completed a pool/spa/screen build with Stanley Pools and we could not be happier with the whole Stanley team from Liz in Sales to Gary who made sure everything was perfect. We had a few changes that were needed throughout the build and without question Stanley accommodated everything! Stanley Pools will be our first call for anything pool related in the future.
Alex was kind and friendly, taking the time to explain everything in detail. My pool had no power, and he quickly determined it wasn’t an electrical issue. He broke down each repair needed and made sure I understood the costs upfront. Very reasonable pricing and excellent service — highly recommend!
I cannot thank Stanley Pools enough. They did a great job with help in design through maintenance. It took five weeks from when they broke ground to when I took my first swim and they lost a week because of a hurricane.
