   This team is fantastic. They have been doing our hot tub servicing now for close to two years. They are prompt on time Transparent and always get the job done professionally and with courtesy. We recently had a leak in the hot tub and they easily found the problem diagnosed it. Organize a repair and even came back out and checked in with me a couple of times to make sure that the leak was fixed you can tell they care about their customers and making sure that they do a great job. I would highly recommend them.

   We used to maintain the pool by ourselves but the algae problem progressively is getting worse. It came to a point that we need professional help. These guys are amazing. They cleaned the filter, balanced the chemicals and fixed the broken water auto filler. After two visits, my pool is as clear as crystal and is getting ready for the kids to enjoy the summer. I talked to the owner Homan and his employee Jose. Both are nice guys and helpful. They came inspect the pool and fixed the problem quickly.
   Highly recommend!

   This store is the best. I drive out of my way to go to it. The manager is so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He never sells me anything I don’t need. He even talked me out of an item that I thought was necessary but wasn’t and explained why. Prices are very reasonable.

   We’ve had wonderful & reliable service from Sterling a couple times in the last few years. They’re always prompt with their communication, organized and friendly. Homan the owner is excellent and runs his business with integrity. Even suggested we don’t need to replace something when we were prepared to. We appreciate his honesty and never hesitate to contact Sterling for all our pool needs.

   The staff in the store have an excellent attitude and are very knowledgeable. I came in thinking I had to drain my hot tub, but they tested the water sample and told me how to fix the balance. Great local business to support and reasonable prices on supplies.
