I asked about a product and their response was “is this for your builder?” I immediately knew they didn’t sell to the public and wouldn’t even answer a simple question.
Sun City down the street was happy to take my money. Don’t waste your time going here unless your pool builder insists.
Very rude and not helpful at all I’ve called this place twice looking for a few items and the man that answered the phone was very short and rude both times won’t be calling this place anymore.

This place is outstanding! Sergio helped me out and I could not believe how knowledgeable he was. Great customer service and they are very honest.
Have dealt with Superior Pool and SCP in multiple states. They are always super helpful, but it is wholesale only. You must be in the pool industry, business license etc
