We have used Superior Pool Service for many years for different issues and repairs with our pool. ROCKY IS THE BEST!!! He is quick to respond, knowledgeable, and does great work! He’s always happy to explain the problem and best solution, and he is patient with all of our questions. We trust Rocky for all of our pool repairs and always request him when calling in!! We have also referred Rocky to friends and they have been highly satisfied with his work too! Thank you, Rocky!!!
We have been using Superior Pools to service our pool for two years. It’s a (somewhat) complicated setup and two other competitor service companies declined to give any sort of cometitive quote for service.
Our service tech, Rocky, is always on the ball, knows his stuff inside and out and has even come afterhours on a weekend to fix an issue as we had an event that evening.
This is probably the only google review I have ever taken the time to write (that I recall), but when a company and its employees go above and beyond for me, I want to make sure they are recognized. I strongly recommend Superior Pools to anyone looking for pool service.
Superior was the fourth company we called to try and solve our mystery leak in our pool. They found multiple leaks and solved them for way less cost than they quoted or what we thought it would take. I wish we had contacted them first.
I cannot recommend Superior Pools enough. I reached out as a new pool owner for some support, and was thoroughly impressed at what I received. Rocky was the technician that came out to teach me about my pool – he was knowledgeable, kind, patient, and committed to the good of the client rather than pushing a sales agenda. Rocky took time to answer my questions, give me the big picture overview as well as important details and foundational skills for managing a pool on my own. He instilled confidence and ensured I had access to his support should I need to ask other questions or get input down the road.
The company as a whole has been committed to excellence, and it shows in every aspect.
We have used Superior for years and have consistently been impressed with their service. I’m sorry for not leaving a review sooner! Elizabeth has been our point of contact for many of those years and has always been patient with our questions. All of our techs are considerate and friendly. We love that Superior handles everything and stays on top of our needs. We highly recommend them and wouldn’t think of using anyone else!!
