Swain Pools & Spas is absolutely outstanding! Their Tallahassee showroom is by far the best in town — beautifully set up, with knowledgeable staff who made choosing our spa a great experience. As first-time spa owners, we came with a mile-long list of questions, and every single one was answered with patience, kindness, and professionalism. Their responsiveness made us feel completely supported from the very start.
When installation day came, we were blown away — this is the hardest-working crew we’ve ever seen. They took on a challenging space that wasn’t properly prepared electrically, yet managed to get our spa installed flawlessly. Their determination, skill, and teamwork were second to none.
We couldn’t be happier with our choice and are looking forward to many years of business with this incredible company. Highly recommend Swain Pools & Spas to anyone looking for true experts who care about both their craft and their customers!
Swain Pools and Spas has been providing excellent weekly service at a fair price for my backyard pool for many years. They are at all times knowledgeable and professional, and my pool water is always well balanced and crystal clear no matter the weather. They also did an extensive upgrade to my pool filter and liner replacement around 15 years ago. I have not needed to replace the liner ever since then, whereas before then it would need replacement around every three years. It was an investment that paid for itself over time. I fully recommend Swain Pools and Spas for your pool service and/or repair needs, as they have always done a great job for me.
Spa repair went amazing. Scheduling was prompt, polite and efficient. Service date was faster than expected. Repair was fast and smooth. They had all the parts on the truck. I wasn’t home so it was all a great experience to just come home to a repaired spa, especially since it was cold out! I trust this company with my business. Thank you.
Swain Pools is awesome! They did a total remodel of our pool and pool deck, and it looks amazing. They were professional, diligent, responsive, and always on time. Our pool had some unusual issues and they were creative and smart in solving those problems. We couldn’t be happier and we highly recommend!
This business knows there stuff. Very professional. The crew is hardworking. Jeff has been a pleasure to work with and his team are courteous and respectful. They took the time to explain everything and worked through good and bad weather conditions. And in the heat. Swain Pools gets my recommendation if you want the best.
