Overall, I had a good experience with Swim On Pools. The liner install turned out nice, and the crew was friendly and easy to work with.
Big shoutout to Jay and Elijah — both were great. Jay went above and beyond after the install, offering helpful advice and connecting me with the right parts to finish my filtration setup. Elijah was courteous, hardworking, and detail-oriented on site.
Only drawbacks were that there’s no up-front on site consultation, which led to a liner slightly too large for my pool (the design trim folds completely over the wall), and communication (appointments were unexpectedly delayed multiple times) and cleanup could be a bit smoother (I found a sharp screw in the pool the day after the install). Still, the team did quality work and showed they care about their customers.
Swim On was recommended by our local Great Escape store. We called mid winter after finding our pool had completely emptied. Matt was very friendly and informative from the beginning. This is our first time replacing a liner. He explained the entire process and we booked ahead for the warmer spring weather. He gave us tips to get through the rest of winter to make sure the pool walls would be ok. Matt followed up with instructions to prep the pool a few days before he came. On the day of installation, Matt and his team were professional, communicative, friendly, and efficient. I was provided with instructions on how to start filling the pool. Matt came back 2 days later and installed the skimmer box and return. The new liner looks perfect and we are up and running again! Swim On made this process quick and painless for us! Highly recommend!!!
Jay and Hadel were great workers who were very thorough with installing my pool liner! They showed great customer service during the entire process and would highly recommend to any one looking for pool work!
Honest and no BS review:
Would highly recommend Matt and his crew. They are professional, respectful and always tried thier best to keep to the schedule days they sent you. Everyone was very knowledgeable when it came to questions and made sure to fix any issues that came up to the best of thier abilities. Also made sure to completely clean up after they where done. They are a bit pricey and sometimes a little to much “nickle and dime”, but again you get your monies worth in professionalism and craftsmanship. Only suggestion I would offer is to communicate the pricing and job total with his employees. Matt handles all the pricing (No issues with that, he’s the owner) and does a great job explaining and breaking down everything cost related, but if you need extra fixing beyond what you and Matt talked about, the crew does not know the cost. You have to talk to Matt or wait for an e-mail with the pricing. This is not bad mouthing them, only a suggestion.
Over all they are a great company and truly care about helping thier customers.

I needed a new liner in my pool. From the start, Matt was very communicative via phone, email and text. His crew cleared out the remaining algae and leaves from the pool, removed the old liner and replaced it. Although bad weather kept getting in the way, I was always notified of necessary schedule changes. The maintenance package of opening/closing the pool and weekly cleanings/chemical checks is worth the cost.
The crew guys are respectful, professional and friendly. I needed to repair my pool and they did an awesome job. Jay was the main weekly maintenance guy and he is great. I appreciated his advice and his efforts to keep the pool clean.
I highly recommend Swim On.
