Less than 7 days my pool was resurfaced. I had a few bids and they came in with the lowest cost! They actually use name brand product (Pebble Tec) where other company use generic brand (Mini Pebble). My sales person (point of contact) communicated with me daily, this way I knew the work schedule and if I needed to lock my dogs inside. Great job, Great Service, Highly Recommend!

The knowledge I received from this man was second from none. Nobody has been on my side like Chris was. I sent him my login information to the system. Best decision I ever made. This pool has never looked better.

From the bottom of my heart Chris. Thank you! You truly are the best. Swimming pool service should be delighted to have you.

I Couldn’t be happier with the job they did replacing waterline tile as well as tile on a negative edge, raised spa. Andy was responsive and helpful when it came to the entire Job from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying that we have had 3 pools. One in Massachusetts that we installed at our home, one in Georgia that was existing, and now one here in AZ. All have had their own unique issues and problems. We purchase our home here in AZ 3 years ago, knowing that the pool equipment was going to need a little love and quick. We started by replacing the waterfall pump because it started making a noise that sounded like driving on rims with sparks streaming after you. We didn’t know anyone here in AZ where as in MA and GA we had friends of friends that at leas knew a guy that knew a guy. So I looked on yelp and found Aaron and family. They came out within 24 hours and had the pump replaced within 48.

Later, the filter pump actually just stopped working. It was fairly new and really high end. I was concerned since it was early in the season, and I didn’t want to fight algae for the next 6 months because the pump was out for an extended period before repair. To my surprise and delight, they came and repaired it within 24 hours of calling and were able to get it all done under warranty.

We, like many hear in the Valley had some Symbol previously known as prince (purple) colored staining issues from the previous owners misusing algaecide. To our extreme satisfaction, they were able to get almost all the stains off the walls.

I then came home to the back yard flooded, the pool about a quarter empty, and a geyser resembling old faithful flowing from the top of my pool filter. I have had DE filters, sand filters, and paper filters. I was always a DE filter fan from my experience; however, they assured me that the new paper filters are a great option here and that they had come a long way over the years. I hesitantly took their advice and am happy I did.

The first day we decided to use our heater here in AZ was going to be great. We got all prepared to sit in our pool side hot tub, drinks, appetizers all at the ready. Within 5 minutes or so, we heard what I can only describe as a small explosion. We looked at one another in dismay. We shut down the heater, and I youtubed as we all seem to these days. Well, I tried cleaning it out. Fired it up, and ignorantly stood next to it to see if all was right with the world again. I nearly singed all my hair and eyebrows. Back to our rescue a new heater installed by SPSR within 48 hours.

I then thought that it was time for some upgrades since all else was fixed. I’ve used UV sterilizers in the past on pools and reef systems. I thought, lets install a UV sterilizer. I contacted Aaron to see if we could schedule the install. He advised me that it may not be the best idea unless you are using your pool daily and all season and that for about $90 every 6 months, you could achieve similar results by purchasing a mineral pack from Amazon. This shows great character since he could have easily just said “Sure…we can put one in for you”

I would recommend SPSR to anyone and everyone!!!!

    Thanks to you every time!!!!

    Eric
