   What started as good service ended as horrible service! Constant change of unqualified workers. They have left the hose on, dirt all over the deck, gate unlocked and an array of broken pool pump parts left by the pump, including the dog hair from the filter all over the deck and in my plants instead of placing it in the garbage can. Owner said he would replace the pump timer door they broke, over and over again, never happened. I paid extra to have pressure gauge installed and that stopped working in weeks. The last three times the pool stayed cloudy and there is a fine sand something that they dumped into the pool and it settles on bottom and stairs and when you get in it stirs it all up and the pool is all cloudy again. Somehow in the week my pool drain was turned on and the pool drained below the skimmer, about 14 inches. I did not do it and they say they did not do it. Apparently a ghost came in and did it!!!!!!! I do not recommend.
   owners response does not mention the broken items him and I discussed him replacing which he did not nor does it discuss the pressure gauge he replaced and it does not work, or the big filter he asked I replace and I did. Nor, that the dog was here 2 weeks only otherwise only one person ever uses the pool. please do not mistrue his misleading remarks.

   Tampa VIP is the best pool service i have had in 15 years. I’m a building contractor and i asked my paver supplier who delivers the best quality service and they recommended VIP. I didn’t want to take chances after i refinished my pool. Javier runs a good company. Excellent service and excellent people. Five stars.

   I wish I would have I found this pool company much sooner. After twenty five years of cleaning my own pool, it was time to get some help. It took a leap of faith for me to trust a company to care for our pool.We appreciate the fact that they take the time to to maintain our pool perfectly. They’re very friendly, professional, and quick to help with any questions you may have. The cmpany name says it all and they make you feel like a V.I.P. A special thank you to Gigi for excellent customer service. Thank you also Javier who is direct and honest with concerns which I appreciate. We highly recommend Tampa VIP pools for all your pool care needs.
