I did not want a pool but it came with my dream house. The previous owner recommended Terry’s to us, and I am forever grateful. The pool is now one of my favorite spaces thanks to the weekly service by Terry’s Pool Service. Our pool always looks amazing and all I have to do is enjoy it. They have even fixed our pool light which had not worked in years and they keep everything in top order with weekly reports. Customer service has been outstanding and billing is a breeze with automatic payments. Like my pool, this choice is crystal clear-call Terry’s!
I have been using Terry’s Pool Service for at least 10 years, from repairs to regular cleanings. MaryLu is very knowledgeable and keeps the equipment up and running. She really cares about providing excellent service. Cal takes care of weekly cleanings and when things weren’t quite right, she resolved the issue and now the pool is sparkling. If there is a problem, Angie always cheerfully takes my calls, making sure someone responds promptly.
Our experience with Terry’s Pool Service has been exceptional! Our technician, Perry, is amazing and goes above and beyond to provide top notch service. He pays attention to detail, notifies us of any issues he discovers, and is an absolute joy to work with.
The team at Terry’s is wonderful to work with- everyone kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. You can tell they truly work together. Teresa at Terry’s helped us when our old pool pump was leaking. She is extremely knowledgeable and competent. she assessed the situation, and was able to properly diagnose it and identify what was needed to fix it. She helped with the repair and is always happy to help with any questions or concerns we have. She follows up and does site visits and check-ins to make sure the problem has completely resolved and our system is functioning properly.
Mary Lu, area manager, and Theresa, floater came to address a pump issue. They were great to deal with and informed me of everything they were doing, step by step. Turned out there was no problem, but they did some preventative maintenance to make the trip worthwhile. Much appreciated. Great service!!
