   we’ve had our pool cleaned and serviced by this company since it was first built, and we’ve always been completely happy with the results. their team found a problem with our pool motor, took care of everything, and got it replaced under warranty without any hassle. our regular pool technician, ruben, is super reliable—he shows up on time every visit and always does a thorough job. he’s friendly, polite, and really professional. we also had both our pool and spa lights upgraded to led bulbs, and they made sure everything was working and synced perfectly. when it was time to replace the saltwater t-cell, edward handled the repair. he was honest, helpful, and explained everything clearly. we’ve already told friends and neighbors about how great this pool cleaning service is and will keep recommending them!

   We recently had our 20-year-old pool completely refreshed, which included taking out the old coping, fixing up the pool deck, adding a nice raised stone wall, resurfacing the pool, and upgrading the pool tiles and LED lights. Ruben guided us through choosing the right materials and helped us stick to our budget. He was always quick to answer our questions and made sure we felt comfortable with every step.    We hired The Pool Guys of Jacksonville for a pool resurfacing project and to replace a cracked auto-fill. The work included resurfacing the pool (I highly recommend the Puerto Rican finish—the glass beads really make the water sparkle!), retiling the water line, and updating the existing water feature. The deck was not part of this job. From the start of the chip-out to the final approval, everything was finished in just 25 days, which was even faster than expected. After getting several quotes, their price was excellent. We are extremely happy with how everything turned out. The entire team was professional and helpful from beginning to end. Ruben met with us to go over material choices and explain all the paperwork, giving great suggestions and making sure we understood each step. Edward, the project manager, did a fantastic job keeping us updated on what would happen next. Whenever we had questions, he responded quickly by text, and we also got clear email updates for every phase of the project. The crews always showed up on time, were professional, and made sure to clean up after each part of the job. If you need any pool work done, I highly recommend giving them a call. Even if other companies offer a slightly lower price, the value and quality here are much better. We also liked that they use their own crews, which means better scheduling and more experienced workers—many of whom have been with them for years. Plus, being a preferred NPT installer means you get a better warranty. After hearing about stressful pool projects with other companies, it was a relief to work with a team that made everything smooth and easy. We couldn’t be happier with the results!
