We were having trouble getting our pool cleared up. After calling several people we found Laura. She has been AMAZING!! She was able to guide us through what we needed to do and now our pool is clear!! I cannot say enough about how wonderful she was. If I ever need pool help she is definitely who I will call first.
I requested the Pool Lady come out last Summer she came was here five minutes and told me I need a re plaster before she would clean my pool. I used her guys she recommended to plaster called her out this summer and now my pool filter is to small for my pool according to her. I have been living here for 18 years and my pool is crystal clear in then summer just got busy with work and can’t find the time to do it but before I use a dishonest person I will either do it myself or hire A quality pool to come do it oh and it took her three weeks to come out. Very unprofessional and only wants you to do upgrades that are not needed. Her vehicle should say “con artist” on the side of it.
We have been using Laura and her crew for years. Over the last 30 years we have had several pool service companies and non hold a candle to Laura. They take care of our pool totally and do an excellent job.
You will not be disappointed.
I have used the Pool Lady Pool Service for about two years and my pool is in very good condition. They do a good job and I have found them to be trustworthy. The last pool company I used was very dishonest and honestly is important in business. Thank you Laura and Allen.
My backwash valve housing broke on Saturday morning. Laura came out on Saturday afternoon. They installed a new valve and fixed my plumbing at a very reasonable price. Laura is very knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks pool lady!
