   The Pool Man team has been absolutely amazing, from their expertise to their communication throughout the entire process. We first worked with Wes, the designer, over the summer to review the design and discuss exactly what we wanted. Wes was extremely detail-oriented and knowledgeable, walking us through every aspect of the design—from how the pool would complement our home’s layout to thoughtful recommendations on tile, decking, and other finishes. He also suggested features that truly enhance the ownership experience, such as the heater/chiller option and the automatic floor cleaning system.

   Jon and Brian on the construction team were just as impressive. They paid close attention to every detail at each stage, from construction and curing to ensuring everything in our courtyard met their high standards. Their communication was excellent—they kept us informed daily on progress and what to expect next.

   Lastly, Jeremy was incredibly helpful with chemical balancing and pool school. He thoroughly explained everything, from controlling the pumps via our phone to properly maintaining the pool.

   Overall, I highly recommend The Pool Man to anyone who truly wants a worry-free pool-building experience.

   Our inground pool construction experience with the entire team at the Pool Man was a wonderful experience. The designer, Blake, was a consultant and not a salesman so our pool design is amazing and fits seamlessly into our landscape. The way the weeks of construction was planned out and communicated to us was seamless thanks to Anna Maria’s coordination and Alfonso’s management. We made small changes along the way and they were effortlessly incorporated. The pool and decking are beautiful thanks to the amazing builders! We couldn’t be happier with the results 🥰

   My husband and I wanted to build a paradise in our backyard. My neighbor recommended The Pool Man Inc. to us because her parents trusted their work and had 2 pools built by them and so she had them built hers too. Wes, our designer was very professional in listening and understanding what we wanted. He drew out a 3-d design and made a video and it was exactly how we wanted it. Then they assigned Alfonso and Brian as our construction superintendents. They were also very professional and thorough. They checked every detail and made sure everything was on point. Everything turned out perfect and was on schedule. They made sure we understood the process ahead of time and know what was expected to come next. Overall, everyone that helped us were very nice and easy to talk to. We even have weekly service done with them now. They are a one stop shop for designing and building pool company. We highly recommend The Pool Man Inc to anyone who wants to build their backyard paradise.

   The Pool Man exceeded our expectations in the recent build of our pool. Blake was our designer and David oversaw the project. It totally changed the appearance and ambiance of our back yard and we love spending as much time as possible around the pool, especially now that the hot weather is hitting. Highly recommended.

   We couldn’t be happier with our experience with The Pool Man! We have an older pool that needed new equipment as well as new plaster. Both Laurie and Daniel were in charge of our project, and they were both amazing! The work itself was outstanding, our pool is now simply beautiful, and the pump system is greatly improved and working as it should. But perhaps the most impressive thing was the excellent communication before, during, and after the renovation process. I had a million questions, and Laurie answered every one in a timely manner and never made me feel like I was bugging her. Also, communication among staff members was excellent! The right hand always knew what the left hand was doing. How refreshing! Even after the project was finished, we had a few more questions, and they were still very happy to answer them. Daniel even came back out to talk with us in person. The workers were very respectful of my property and cleaned up each day when they were finished, not just one time at the end of the project. Being a reno and not a new construction, there was already landscaping and sod in place, and the workers did an amazing job at keeping all of that intact and undamaged. They even put plastic sheeting on my driveway where they parked so they didn’t get any mess on the ground. Daniel came out every day to supervise the work and make sure everything was going as planned. This company really cares about the work they do and they make sure their customers are completely satisfied and comfortable with the whole process. I am so thankful to have found The Pool Man and wholeheartedly recommend them for any pool and/or equipment renovations that are needed.
