   I am writing to express my sincerest gratitude and commend the outstanding service I received from your General Manager, Libby McKennon, at True Cost Pool Supplies.

   Libby went above and beyond her duties to help me resolve a complicated warranty issue, and her exceptional effort deserves to be recognized.

   I was attempting to get a pool robotic manufacturer to honor the warranty on a defective unit. Despite my repeated attempts, the manufacturer was unresponsive and unwilling to replace or fix the product.

   I turned to Libby, and she took on the challenge. Libby’s professionalism and persistence throughout the four month process were truly remarkable.

   She negotiated with the manufacturer on my behalf, consistently pursuing them until they agreed to honor the warranty and sent me a brand new robotic cleaner.

   This level of dedication and professionalism is rare and speaks volumes about Libby’s character and commitment to your customers. She has shown that she cares deeply about the reputation of True Cost Pool Supplies and ensures that customers are taken care of.

   This store is exemplary of family businesses that have built this country. Amazing customer service and willingness to help.

   I came to the store trying to find a gasket for an old pump (2008 model). Libby and Missy knew exactly what I was looking for and knew it would be hard. But, they came through with it, and I was able to get my pool in working order for the weekend.

   Support local. They’re WORTH IT.

   Based off the one time I have been here my opinion of them is really high. I went in to see if they had a part I needed for our pool filter and they did everything to help find the part. I ended up asking about pool treatment and what my options were to treat my green pool.

   They had me take a water sample (which was free and gave more information than just PH levels) and then made some recommendations based off what they saw in the water. They gave simple step by step instructions on how to backwash our filter, what chemicals to use and how to use them, and were able to order some parts for next day pick up. In just one shock treatment they got our pool from green to a cloudy light blue in under an hour and with some elbow grease.

   As of writing this I still have to follow through with the rest of the treatments but they were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. They also offer a military discount which was nice. Definitely earned themselves a new customer for as long as we’re in the area.

   This is a very helpful shop. I went to get help with setting up a vacuum for my pool, and they were very informative and flexible. A big plus is that they have a military discount.

   Tried and true excellent customer service time after time for at least the last year. In no particular order Libby, Melissa and Rick provide correct info. An added plus,, Libby’s continued patience for answering all the questions(a lot of ?’s). I am extremely relieved and 🙂 I don’t have to go to the pool supply store on the corner of Mesa and Remcon for person dependent information and extremely jacked up prices. Good to know, our community has two great choices.
