   Great pool company, these guys know what they’re doing. We’ve had our pool for almost a year now and we still love it. The sales team and construction team were very much in sync and gave timely updates. The costs were well explained and we had no surprise expenses added on. I also didn’t feel like I was ever getting pressured or sold upgrades. Kala our sales rep was detailed, to the point, and such a pro. We love the upgrade to our home and would do it again with this company. Oh, shout out to Carlos our construction manager, he was awesome. And Zach out start up pool tech taught me how to use the equipment well, I’ve been doing the maintenance on my own with no issues.

   A huge thank you to Trusted Pools. Our small piece of paradise turned out AMAZING. We could not be happier with the result. We had a great experience with Trusted. Kayla did an incredible job creating a pool design that captured all of our wants and needs. Carlos and his team were nothing short of spectacular in bringing the design to life and managing the process every step of the way in a timely and high quality manor. He addressed every question / concern we had throughout the build process quickly and in a professional manner, keeping us well informed throughout the entire construction process and insuring everything was done correctly. He was just fantastic to work with. Our startup tech, Zack, was equally as good when it came time for us to learn how to maintain the pool and use the equipment. He went over every detail of the pool operation. So far, Derrick, our long-term maintenance tech, has been equally as good. We would highly recommend Trusted Pools to anyone looking to build a pool. They were just outstanding. We couldn’t be happier with our new pool and the experience we had with Trusted Pools.

   I had an absolutely amazing experience with Trusted Pool & Spa from start to finish. The communication was clear, consistent, and truly set them apart… and I have to say, their name Trusted is fitting.

   My site supervisor, Chris, was exceptional – always keeping me informed, proactively checking in on the progress, and making sure every detail was handled with care. Once the build was complete, Sage, the start-up tech, stepped in and was equally impressive. He walked me through everything with patience and expertise, making the entire start-up process smooth and stress-free. I wrapped up working with Derick, the maintenance tech, who was also fantastic.

   I also want to give special recognition to Jackie, the Executive Administrator, who has been absolutely amazing. Her responsiveness, organization, and follow-through made everything run seamlessly behind the scenes. She truly goes above and beyond and was such a pleasure to work with throughout the process.

   I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend Trusted Pool & Spa for anyone looking for a seamless, professional, and truly enjoyable pool-building experience!

   We had an amazing experience with Trusted Pool and Spa. This was our first pool construction and we were naturally cautious when picking a pool company. I met with many companies and Ian was by far the most personable and honest. We worked together on the design and went through many revisions before we found the perfect layout.

   Starting construction was when we knew problems typically happen. Delays. Unforeseen issues. Etc — We had NONE of that. No conflicts or delay of scheduling at all. Our construction manager, Eric, was ALWAYS around and communicating the status which is a huge relief when there’s a giant hole in your backyard. He was always around documenting progress and quality at every step.

   Post-construction startup was smooth and meeting our startup specialist, Sage was a pleasure. Same as everyone we’ve met with Trusted thus far still held true with Sage. He was intelligent and personable when getting our pool ready for the first swim.

   I know there’s always competition when trying to build a pool in Florida but let the work they’ve done do the advertising. I’m convinced I couldn’t have found a better pool construction company!

   We had an outstanding experience with Trusted Pools from start to finish! Ian, our sales and design professional, did an incredible job creating a pool design that perfectly matched our needs and wants. He really listened to what we were looking for and delivered a vision that exceeded our expectations.

   Chris, our construction manager, was excellent at keeping the project moving smoothly. He coordinated highly skilled subcontractors who showed up on time and did quality work. Anytime we had questions or concerns, Chris addressed them quickly and professionally, which gave us great peace of mind throughout the construction process.

   When it came time to learn how to use and maintain the pool, Sage, our startup technician, was fantastic. He walked us through everything in detail, making sure we felt confident in managing our new pool on our own.

   Trusted Pools also offered a long-term maintenance package, but what really stood out was that there was absolutely no pressure to sign up—just clear information and the freedom to choose, which we greatly appreciated.

   Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our new pool and the experience we had with Trusted Pools. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream pool!
