   We recently selected Watts Pool Company to design and install our swimming pool at our home in Cypress. We meet with Ken at their office on a Saturday (his day off), to approve design, sign contract and make our selections of materials to utilize on our pool. Ken helped us make our selections and had samples of the products available to ensure we were pleased with our selections. Ken & Daniel meet me on site prior to construction and a second time after pool was laid out with paint and stakes, we didn’t like the location, Ken & Daniel didn’t hesitate and quickly started to rotate and remark the pool outline 3′ clockwise. We made 2 more changes after the construction had started and not once was there an issue with the staff at Watts, their goal was to ensure we were happy with our pool period!!
   We are extremely pleased with our pool and that we selected Watts Pool Company as our contractor. It was a pleasure working with such a professional team of people.

   These guys did a great job. I’m a construction engineer, and so of course I peppered them with questions and was watching every move. Their crews all knew what they were doing. Real craftsmen. And anytime I had a concern they answered my questions and would even resend folks out to double check measurements just to assuage my concerns. Price was also competitive and even lower than several companies I got estimates from.

   Our pool project wrapped up a couple of months ago and from start to finish it was nothing short of a stress-free experience. We expected headaches and/or hang ups and despite mother natures best efforts we were able to finish the project on schedule. Having had the last two months to enjoy the pool as the weather has warmed up our ownership experience has been painless thus far. We attribute that to the team at Watts Pool for the quality work performed as well as the information and guidance provided upon completion of the job.

   This is the second pool from Watts that we have had them build. This time around I did not even consider anybody else since they had performed so well on the first pool. Quality is second to none and timing was awesome! There is no reason to utilize any other pool contractors.

   I had an awful experience with Watts Pool Service. From start to finish, it was a disaster. The installation took way longer than promised, with constant delays and excuses. The workers rarely showed up on time, and when they did, they barely got anything done. Communication was terrible–I had to chase them down just to get an update on my own project.

   To make matters worse, the quality of work was abysmal. The pool was uneven, the tiles were poorly installed, and there were leaks within weeks of completion. When I reached out for repairs, they either ignored my calls or gave me the runaround. Customer service is non-existent once they have your money.

   Save yourself the headache and go with a more professional, reliable company. I wish I had read more reviews before hiring them. Avoid at all costs!
