A HUGE THANK YOU TO WFUP!!!! Brian Morris and his team delivered on our pool that was 36 years old. In as little as 3 months with labor and material shortages, start to finish, I cannot thank Brian and his team enough for the spectacular work that was done. We have a 50K gallon pool and a 2K gallon spa. This was no easy task. Highly recommend!
Hired to replace the waterline tile on my large pool. They came right out and gave a reasonable estimate. I picked the tile and it was installed beautifully. Also did a light acid wash that really brightened up my blue quartz plaster. Workers were all very professional. The only issue I had was a lack of communication about when my project would start. They were a bit hard to contact at times but I understood that they were short staffed due to the pandemic. All in all I am very pleased and would recommend them.
Do not use this company. We had a new timer put in, 3 months later it stopped working
They wanted to charge a full service fee to come out and assess. They wouldn’t trade out for free. It was a very unpleasant experience. Brian the owner did not show the integrity you expect when making these type of purchases. Very frustrating and disappointing.
The final product looks great with the exception of our spa dam wall being too low, the pool can’t be filled to the halfway tile mark and have water flowing over the dam…the pool surface is very nice and a huge improvement over what we had. Our original completion date was May 20 but the final project was not complete until the week of June 8th.
Be prepared to consistently have to reach out to get status updates. Most of the crew are really friendly but their attention to a clean workspace is not paramount. We had waste water(with debris) emptied in our flower beds and grass which should not happen unless explicit permission to do so is given.
This would be a 5 star company if;
-Company improved communication and kept us updated so we didn’t have to call them.
-Original timeline was met.
-Worksite cleanliness and respect for our grass/garden.
-Dam wall allowed for overflow to pool.

We really enjoyed the sales associate Nikki. She is very personable and doesn’t beat around the bush.
The scheduling side of the house is friendly but not proactive. It would be nice to have a more structured timeline.
The first demo team worked quickly and chipped away the old surface in one day. We were a little disappointed that they dumped wastewater with paint chips and tile on our grass. (Please note this was a subcontractor)
The second crew that came out was for the concrete cutting for the piping. His name was Wyatt and he was great, he even cleaned the grass where the contractor dumped the wastewater. He worked quickly and was friendly.
We have constantly had to reach out to WFUP staff to get updates. They don’t seem to have a process in place when someone makes revisions to a Docusign document or if they do they are not following up on it.
Richard had come out by invitation for an estimate for a crack in my pool on the wall near the stairs. He spent an hour measuring and explaining the process and the steps if the crack was structural or just a shell crack. Talked with Brian Morris the owner who took the time to reiterate what and how things would be happening. I gladly signed a contract. During this process I met ( ALEXIS, DESTINEE, JOEL, LUIS, MINERVA, BIG MIKE). All of these workers are in house employees, no contractors lead the operation to empty my pool, tear out the old pebble tech, repair the crack, reinstall all new pebble tech and refilling of the pool, the clean up, the reset up, replace baskets, overflow flap, check all running parts, reset the chemicals, and the startup.
This company has a greatest program called dispatch, it announces by e-mail and also by text who and when a technician will arrive to do the work. I never had such great communication with any other company as ” WE FIX UGLY POOLS ” HAD GIVEN ME. I truly Felt like I was being treated as family.
