Pool came out beautiful. DBurg is who you need as your project manager. The city was super backed up on permitting but once approved everything was taken care of by the team.
Our salt system was acting up and our water chemistry was a mess. They diagnosed the issue quickly and got everything balanced again. They explained what caused the issue and how to prevent it moving forward. Reliable and knowledgeable repair team. We live in Tampa near the base, and they had us on the schedule within a few hours. We definitely recommend them!
We upgraded our outdated pool automation system and couldn’t be happier. Terry walked us through the new controls and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The communication and follow-through really set them apart from other pool companies. We love being able to operate our pool from our phones now!
West Shore Pools was amazing to work with, and I highly recommend contacting them for any of your pool or spa needs. We had an issue right before the Christmas holiday and the service department was able to get us a technician to come out as soon as he finished another job. He explained exactly what the problem was, offered advice on long-term solutions and got us up and running so that the pool was working for our holiday visitors. Great all around!
Great experience! From the time we called to the time they arrived was less than 2 hours. Our pool is running better than before! The Spa Tile turned out to be stunning!
