We purchased a home with a pending pool repair service through this company. After closing, we learned that the company had ordered the wrong parts twice. Since then, Richard Castille, the sales representative, has stopped communicating with us. The pool remains unrepaired despite the fact that the work was already paid for by the seller.
As a result, we are now forced to hire a different company to complete the repairs that this company was already paid to perform. Based on this experience, I would not recommend using this company.
I was so impressed with how the crew handled our tricky backyard slope. Building a new pool here seemed impossible, but their skilled techs had solutions for everything. The entire pool construction was handled professionally from start to finish.
Tyler and his team are extremely responsive, do what they say they’re going to do when they say they’re going to do it, very clean, very professional and very easy to communicate with. All necessary traits that you want to have from your contractor!
Their pool quote was super clear and competitive without feeling cheap. We never had any surprise charges or weird fees pop up. Everything was just upfront and honest.
My family received a high quality product, and excellent communication throughout entire process. The project was done as promised, on budget and on time. If integrity and ethics matter to you, I highly recommend Worthey Aquatics!
