Brandon and Tony from Rock N Block did an amazing job on our front yard in Encinitas. The project included adding artificial turf, fence, adding to retaining wall, and adding lights. Brandon and team were very responsive and their crew was excellent. They even stained the fence as an add on. They were very reasonable and friendly when things came up and very accommodating. I have nothing but good things to say. Their price was also VERY COMPETITIVE and the work quality is EXCELLENT and even 3 year workmanship warranty (even longer for some parts). I plan to use them again for any projects and recommend to friends for any landscaping or exterior concrete project.
They did a great job. I received three quotes and though theirs wasn’t the lowest, they were the so professional and collaborative. Andrew brought his iPad and was able to sketch the concept during the estimate and give me a quote right then. Materials were dropped off ahead of time and the workers did a fantastic job. The text invoicing and payment options were also very convenient.
They were also very clear on what procedure and turf were best for a dog yard. I’m thrilled with the results.
Oh; also, though my job was smaller than they usually do, Andrew combined it with another smaller job to give me a discount.
Highly recommend Rock N Block’s service! I put a request out on Yelp and they answered with lightning speed. The whole process of redoing our yard was very smooth, leaving extremely little room for doubt or questions. They are quick and precise. The longest part of the process was waiting for HOA approval and Patrick W. stayed in touch with me at regular intervals all throughout. They turned my disaster of a yard into a beautiful hardscape and I couldn’t be happier. There was a small mix up regarding the irrigation but that was due to a miscommunication between myself and my spouse; the issue was addressed with expedience. All in all, the work took three days only because there was rain, which slowed progress, but not by much and they cleaned up beautifully afterwards. Thank you so much to Patrick again, and Osvaldo, Diego, Santiago, and Jose, the production manager – everyone was lovely to work with! My husband and I are extremely happy and appreciative with their hard work and we’re loving our yard.
Mike and his crew (led by Tony) were awesome. They did a great job with their recommendation of what they thought would look best for our backyard and followed through with everything at a very affordable price. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them – very honest and hard working group.
I highly recommend Rock N Block – Turf N Hardscapes for transforming your outdoor space. They did a fantastic job replacing my backyard lawn that was full of weeds, dirt and native grass with a high quality artifical turf. The job was done right at every step and the result is a perfectly level and great looking space. Now the dogs can run around without getting muddy or covered in dirt. Great working with Mike Reiser and his crew. They got the job done in less than a day and a half and at very fair price.
