I contacted SP&LC, Mr. Acosta, in the morning on a Saturday in reference to a leaky drip line and sprinkler heads that needed replacing. That same day, in the afternoon, he provided me with answers / solutions to my sprinkler issues. His technician was able to start that same afternoon which was an added bonus.
The work completed was excellent and done in a timely manner. Mr. Acosta checked in on the technician to ensure quality work, as well as answer any questions or concerns that I had.
I will definitely use SP&LC for future repairs / installations.
I HIGHLY recommend their services. I needed a complete weed removal of about 1,000sq ft. In one day they got all of the giant stalks from the weeds out in the back yard (some two inches thick). The second day they came they did the front yard and removal of all trash. The owner and crew members were so professional and kind. I cannot believe the attention to detail they had. The owner was able to work within my budget which I thought was fantastic. I will be using this company for other services to give my backyard a complete make over. Thank you again!
A few weeks ago, I got several leaks throughout my very old landscape irrigation system. I am the original owner of my house and have been in it for over 25 years; hence the irrigation system is just as old. And over the years there have been many reconfigurations adjusting to my overall landscaping requirements, and unfortunately not always done in the best way. So after having quite a few leaks popping up a few weeks ago and all the leaks I had fixed in the past, either patching or replacing poly-pipe and valves I knew it was time to replace the whole system front and backyard. I did my research and found SP & LC Landscape Contractors on the El Paso Better Business Bureau and they had a A+ rating, as well as a 4.7 Star (out of 5), on Google Reviews. SP & LC’s owner Mr. Acosta and a couple of other independent landscaping contractors came by and gave me multiple estimates. However, SP & LC provided the best explanation and estimate and was very thorough in their description of what was going to be done and they guaranteed me that they would not disturb or destroy any of my current shrubs, plants or trees. They also stated that they could provide me with a few replacement shrubs/plants that I had already lost due to my current and bad irrigation system. And their estimate included a total replacement of my current irrigation system and added valves which would give me better control of individual watering zones specific to each type of plant/shrubs needs. And when the work commenced, they showed up on time each and every day and as I observed them do the work was impressed with their work ethics and pride. Take note that they were working in 100+ degree weather almost the entire time. At the end of each workday, they would clean up after themselves and ensure the walkways or thorough fares were clear of debris. And they ensured that my existing plants, trees, and shrubs were well hydrated (manually watered) as the old system had been disconnected in preparation of the new system. Needless to say, as they worked it was quite detailed with a lot of digging trenches to route all the pipes. Well, when the work was totally done (two full weeks, to include one Saturday) and the entire system had been installed to include a new WIFI Irrigation Control System you couldn’t even tell they had been on my property, apart from the new plants that they had replaced. Totally cleaned up and looking great!!! I have to give them kudos for a job well done!!! I am very pleased and highly recommend SP & LC to anyone that might need landscaping and irrigation work done!!!
We had gotten quite a few quotes. These guys were not the cheapest but they weren’t the most expensive. However, Mr Acosta was the most professional. They came with a crew, worked quickly, Mr. Acosta periodically checked the work being done. He asked us along the way if we were happy. They cleaned up afterwards & did an amazing job of laying our concrete & spreading all the rock around the perimeter. I would highly recommend these guys!
Mr. Acosta and his crew went above and beyond to put our new rock landscape! Outstanding! The rocks match the two tone colors of the house! The job was done before the contract date! They were nice, courteous, respectful, and friendly! Thank you Mr. Acosta and your great company SP & LC!
