Sunscape has been providing our large scale community with landscaping for a few years now. There was a period of time where staffing was an issue and it was noticeable in the quality of service provided. We addressed our concerns with Nick and he immediately took action. Roxanne and Robby have gone above and beyond to establish an open line of communication, follow up accordingly, and complete periodic inspections to confirm the work is being performed per the contract, and that we are happy with the quality of service. Sunscape has been managing the land on our large property of 100 condo building for years now. Many areas along the buildings are baron despite putting in extra work to keep them accountable for over a year now. The freezes may have killed off some of the plants, but their workers surely didn’t help by over pruning. There are a multitude of irrigation issues and alarm wires cut as a result of their negligence. They may never be proactive, but they sure will take your money.
