We are so happy with the whole experience from the estimate, the easy and quick scheduling, to the sucessful removal of a huge oak tree above our house. They made us feel confident in their knowledge of trees and their ability to safely remove ours. The whole tree removal team was very polite in their communications with us and our neighbors, they were careful where they parked their equipment and worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned the yard and stacked the limbs neatly as they cut. I was very impressed with them! Highly recommended!
We had a large oak tree located too close to a newly purchased house that American Tree Solutions expertly removed, in addition to trimming two other trees, a bush, and clearing the perimeter of the entire fence line. The crew showed up with all the necessary equipment and they worked solid but very carefully. Everyone was polite and professional. I would give them more Stars if it were option and I unreservedly recommend American Tree Solutions.
Everything about American Tree Solutions is wonderful. I had them remove three worrisome trees and clean up my fence line from neighbors overhanging tree limbs intruding into my yard. Even though the weather wasn’t very cooperative they worked through and got the job done. I was impressed how the crew worked together as a team and were able to control exactly where the tree pieces fell. The crew left my property clean of any debris and even blew off my front porch, which was nowhere near the trees in the backyard! Communication was spot on from first calling for an estimate, receiving the estimate, when the crew would arrive, any delays to their arrival due to complications with the previous job and following up after the crew left my property. I highly recommend American Tree Solutions!
American Tree Solutions is amazing!! I can’t speak highly enough of this company!! Jessen, Executive of Operations, greeted me with the crew. Killian, Project Manager was in constant contact with me and made it all happen. Colton-Foreman, Terrence-Climber, Chip, Eric and Brett-working the ground were amazing to watch and the team-work was so impressive!! My yard looked so beautiful when they were done. I highly recommend this company!! Thank you again to the crew!! You guys were Awesome!!!
Someone left a business card at our house, so I took a chance on using a tree service I didn’t know. It was an excellent decision. From the time you speak to the friendly receptionist until someone gets back to you is the SAME day. I was provided with an estimate the same day I called, and the trees were superbly trimmed the NEXT day. Not a branch was lying anywhere- they did such a great job of cleaning up! Look at the pictures and see the small confines the crew had to work within to ensure nothing fell into the pool or hit the vinyl fence. I wish I had before pictures – these palms were out of control
Plus, I wanted the oak tree trimmed as much as possible, and now there are no branches hanging over our vehicles! I cannot recommend this company enough. Consistent communication, very fairly expense-wise, and outstanding results. I will refer them to everyone I know and continue to use this company in the future.
