Aptive first came to my door through their door-to-door service, and I’m so glad I answered! The representative was polite, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all — just genuinely informative about what they offer. After hearing about their services, I decided to give them a try, and I’m really glad I did.
The technician showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and got right to work. They also shared helpful advice for keeping pests away in the future.
From the initial knock to the final spray, the whole experience was professional, friendly, and effective. I’d absolutely recommend Aptive to anyone looking for reliable pest control!
Vanessa totally exceeded our expectations. She sent us a text letting us know when to expect her. We discussed areas we were especially concerned about. She described what she would be doing – inside & outside. We then moved things to make her access readily available. She then did her thing, and subsequently reported sightings & observations she encountered during the spraying process. She was absolutely fantastic, not to mention totally professional & courteous throughout. Thank you, Vanessa, and thank you Aptive! Looking forward to your next visit, just before the first snow around Thanksgiving. Cost per month is well worth it here in the East Mountains (East of Albuquerque).
The sales representative who came out and sold me on your service told me that the tech would do more than he actually did. Also, he was supposed to treat for mice, for voles, and for tent caterpillars. He did nothing for the mice, he had nothing with him that would treat the voles, and my husband who is ill had to get up in the tree and take care of the tent caterpillars. I’ve included a picture of new mounds that the voles have left behind Also, I’ve seen more spiders and bugs since your tech came out then I have in the last 6 months. I am not happy with the service
The APTIVE Technician was timely and thorough in his placement of your products. He came to my door as I requested and left 4 photos on my phone of where he left product. I have been in and out of the hospital and had not gotten to make contact with your representative. He is a “10” for service, placement of product and he answered my questions respectfully. 😇
The service person seems to be nice but the service is horrible. They always schedule to come out without asking me when a good day is. It’s always a Tuesday or Thursday when I’m at work all day. They don’t give you a time range, so I can’t even get anyone else to wait at my house. The one time I was able to respond to when they showed up and I got my dad to open the back it poured right after and none of the ant piles died. Every time I go online to schedule something different there is nothing available ever! So they end up spraying just the front and I pay a ridiculous amount to still have bugs!
